AHIT Certified Home Inspector, FREA designation CREI
Jack has been a certified home inspector since June
2004. With a 17 year background in sheet metal fabrication and
running his family business, where he was in charge of all operations from hiring, layout and scheduling, Jack worked extensively
with roofing and HVAC contractors helping resolve complicated issues and has a vast knowledge in these and other fields.

after all, it is the biggest investment of your life!

Jeffrey Wadsworth
AHIT Certified Home Inspector, EDI Certified EIFS Inspector, Commercial Inspector, FREA designation CREI
With a background in theatre, a love of old homes and a passion for teaching, home inspection is a perfect fit for
Jeffrey.
He gets to teach his clients about their new home while going through buildings looking for the good
and the bad. Jeffrey loves working with first time buyers because they ask so many, often good, questions.
He is an advocate for his clients.
They may not always like what they hear, but they know about their home and they can make an informed choice.
For the commercial client it is all about dollars and cents. What is this building going to cost to operate over the next few years?
The commercial inspection tries to answer those questions while providing an objective analysis of the current condition of the property.

Bruce Ruiz
AHIT Certified Home Inspector, FREA designation CREI
Bruce began his career in construction by helping his family with remodeling work. He then began working for himself painting houses;
for Bruce it was about working outside and with his hands. Bruce later decided to pursue painting full time and joined the union as an
apprentice painter. After a three year apprenticeship he became a journeyman and continued to paint mainly new construction.
After about ten years as a painter Bruce opted for a change and turned to Home Inspections. It proved to be a good choice as he still
gets to work outside and with his hands. Bruce gets a lot of satisfaction from his work as well as a good feeling from helping first time
buyers. Bruce looks forward to many more years in home inspection and helping buyers purchasing homes.
